Who we are
Established in 1979, Moomaw Miller & Hildebrand, LLP ("MMH") is one of the oldest and most versatile law firms in Washington County, Oregon. MMH is recognized for both its business and litigation practices and has an established and experienced team of attorneys capable of meeting the ever-changing legal demands of our clients.
Our clients include both individuals and businesses. Our business clients range in size from smaller sized local companies to larger sized regional companies, located both inside and outside Oregon.
Our attorneys are licensed in both Oregon and Washington. Because of the diverse backgrounds of our attorneys, MMH is able to offer extensive know how in many areas of the law including general corporate and business, real estate, employment, probate, wills, trusts, and related litigation matters involving mediation, arbitration and trial and appeal.
Our offices, centrally located in downtown Beaverton, have proved convenient for our clients and for access to the courts in the Portland Metropolitan Area.
