Mr. Hildebrand is a partner and is our primary real estate attorney at MMH. Mr. Hildebrand was raised in Beaverton, Oregon, attended the University of Oregon and the University of Oregon School of Law. With over twenty years as an attorney, Mr. Hildebrand's experience is diverse and includes negotiating and documenting the lease, purchase, sale and development of real property, working with developers selling fractional interests and timeshares, working with homeowners associations to prepare CCRs, as well as helping individuals and business with construction contracts, liens and foreclosures. Mr. Hildebrand also has extensive experience in assisting individuals and families with all manner of estate planning matters.
