Mr. Miller is a senior partner and is the senior litigation attorney at MMH. Mr. Miller was born in Portland, Oregon, served in the United States Marine Corps and subsequently attended Portland State University and the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College. Mr. Miller has served as a trial attorney for over thirty years and is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Miller's courtroom experience encompasses all types of commercial and business litigation, employment disputes, real estate and construction disputes, as well as probate and personal injury claims.
